Is there a list somewhere online that details every area in the game and every monster that can be found in each of these areas? Such as: Old Ascalon contains Monster A, Monster B, Monster C, Monster D...Regent River Basin contains Monster B, Monster D, Monster E...

All I ever find are incomplete and outdated area lists or incomplete and outdated monster lists but never the two together, completed, and up to date.

That's the one I use. It tells you who has the skill, what map they load on, and gives a map of possible spawn locations.

EDIT: After re-reading your post, I realize you might be looking for all monsters, not just elite-skill carrying ones. In that case, sorry I couldn't help more.
